In the initial consultation, the Client's condition is assessed, including weight, height, fat mass and lean mass, with constant updates on these factors during the course.

The exercise plan is designed and customised for each Customer and is supplied with workout instructions. The number of plans is at the discretion of the personal trainer, as well as the variation of the workouts in progress, according to progress made and Customer feedback.
The plans are based on the Customer’s physical condition during the consultation. The workouts can vary from full-body to cardio to circuit training or focusing on individual muscles each day. Each workout is based on a weekly training schedule, whether the Customer trains at home, at the gym or outdoor, whether it's 20 minutes or two hours a day.

I do not distinguish the nutritional plans and the training plans because I believe that the two things go hand in hand, and therefore cannot be separated from one another. I provide advice for healthy, balanced diets whether you want to lose weight, maintain your tone or increase mass in a natural way through basic regular physical activity. I am neither a dietician nor a nutritionist, but you can find qualified specialists in these areas.

The personal trainer will explain the exercises with written description or in live or recorded videos or images. At the Client's discretion, they can send me photos and videos during the course. Everything will be protected according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
I collaborate with Dr. Maurizio Galbiati, a graduate in general medicine and a specialist in legal medicine and insurance, cardio-vascular disease and analgesic mesotherapy.

FACE TO FACE

In addition to the online personal trainer service, which allows me to reduce the costs of physical presence during training sessions, I also offer face-to-face lessons at home, at the gym or outdoor. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information on prices and methods.
